Karl is admitted in Malaysia and works in conjunction with Johnson Lawyers as the consulatant for the Asean region.

Karl is a currently a Legal Advisor to a leading Malaysia university with a APEX status, Universiti sains Malaysia.

Karl advises on matters relating to the Intellectual Property Rights, commercilization, offshore agreements, corporate banking and finance, as well as corporate legal and regulatory developments.

He is also currently act as consultant at Messrs. Jahara Radzi & Partners and Messrs Khairil & Co., both have offices in the various states of Penang, Kuala Lumpur and Kedah, Malaysia.
